237 N Prince St. Suite 304 Lancaster, PA
Walking into the building:
We are on the 3rd floor of the Teller Brothers Business Center on Prince street (the same building as endo cafe).
To the right of endo cafe there is a brick archway. Walk through there into the parking lot and ahead on your left you’ll see big red doors under an awning that reads “Lancaster trophy house”. Walk through the red doors into the hallway and straight ahead there is an elevator to take you to the 3rd floor. If you prefer the stairs, they will be all the way to your left. Once on the third floor walk down the hall, look for suite 304 and a welcome mat that reads “so happy you’re here”. Come on in!
Parking :
It is meter parking only directly across the street and free on Sundays, holidays, and after 6pm. There is also free two hour parking just a short walk down walnut.

Upon arrival, we will talk about your goals for the session and any pain or discomfort you may be experiencing. My style of massage is slow and relaxing, focused initially on calming the nervous system and then working into problem areas for pain relief. We will communicate beforehand and throughout to ensure that you are comfortable and to answer any questions you may have.

Should I talk or stay quiet during my massage?
We allow you to set the tone for your session. Typically I recommend keeping the room quiet to allow for deep relaxation and connection to your body. Many people will close their eyes and feel like they are falling asleep or in a dream like state. However if you are more comfortable talking during your session you are more than welcome to do so.
What level of clothing should I keep on for massage / facial reflexology?
For facial reflexology you may remain fully clothed for the session. For massage, some people prefer to take all clothing off while others prefer to keep undergarments on - we will work with whatever you are comfortable with. You will be draped with a sheet and blanket for the entire session. We do ask that you remove any necklaces or big earrings and leave your hair down.
How early should I plan on arriving?
We suggest that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled time slot. If you plan on arriving much earlier feel free to relax in the chairs in the hallway until you’re session beings.
*Late arrival may result in a shorter session to keep with the schedule of the day.
