I have had the joy of seeing the profound impacts of massage and bodywork over my past three years as a massage therapist. Inspired by the people I’ve had the honor to work with and learn from, my practice is intuitively based and intentional. Rooted in the belief that human touch is a necessity to our wellbeing and a powerful catalyst for healing.

Well within is a blend of luxury, practical pain relief, and holistic healing modalities. I offer a mix of swedish and therapeutic massage, reflexology, myofascial release, and neuromuscular therapy. No two sessions are exactly alike as my work is always suited to you individually. My practice continues to evolve and learning from my clients is the greatest privilege.
